Real-time voice, with infrastructure dedicated to voice roleplay. Sub-second latency, natural interruptions and turn-taking, like a real call. The voice service runs in a dedicated environment per company, with the option of bringing your own AI credentials.

  • Dynamic emotional state: configurable initial patience; the persona "heats up" if you push a bad argument and the irritation meter shows up in the session bar.
  • Restart without losing the prior attempt: retrying a call creates a new round linked to the previous one; the roleplay's history is never overwritten.
  • Real-time transcription: the trainee sees the text as they speak, and the manager reviews it word by word afterwards.
  • Secure recording: mixed audio stored in a secure environment, with short-expiry access links and a configurable retention cycle (immediate access, cold archive and deletion).

The AI scores your company's competency framework, not a one-size-fits-all rubric. The moment the roleplay starts, every criterion from the current version is locked into the session. Why one model per function rather than running several AIs in parallel? Because we measured. Cost, latency and output stability all got worse when we ran several in parallel, and the gain in score agreement was marginal. We invest where it matters: versioned instructions per function (chat, voice, template authoring, evaluation) with one-click restore.
