NUVVUN CONSULTORIA E INOVAÇÃO LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 64.290.716/0001-53, with headquarters at Alameda Rio Negro, 503, Sala 2020, Barueri, SP 06454-000, is the operator of the Roleplays platform.
These terms govern the use of the services acquired on the platform by the CUSTOMER.
Our Products
The Roleplays platform is a SaaS solution that offers the following services:
- Chat and voice simulations with AI
- Automatic performance evaluation with customizable criteria
- Gamification system (badges, rankings, challenges)
- Analytical dashboards and reports
- Library of templates and training scenarios
- AI credits system
- Integrations via API

Adjustments and Tax Incidences
The agreed price includes all social, labor, and tax charges. Price adjustment shall be carried out annually based on the IGP-M/FGV index or its replacement, without the need for prior explicit agreement.
Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1 Roleplays Obligations
Roleplays undertakes to:
- Develop services in accordance with market standards
- Use qualified personnel
- Obtain any necessary licenses
- Provide information and documentation
- Ensure the functionality and availability of the platform
Limits of liability: ROLEPLAYS shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties, server failures, network problems, hardware failures, viruses, power outages, or improper use.
4.2 Customer Obligations
The CUSTOMER undertakes to:
- Make timely payment
- Use the platform only for its intended purposes
- Refrain from reselling or transferring access
- Respect intellectual property rights (Laws 9.279/96, 9.610/98)
- Refrain from modifying, copying, or reverse-engineering the platform
- Comply with payment schedules
- Follow the conduct manuals
- Refrain from reproducing or distributing content without express authorization
4.3 Use of Artificial Intelligence
Guidance, suggestions, evaluations, and feedback provided by the AI are based on the information furnished by the CUSTOMER. They serve as training support, not as professional consulting. Decisions based on the AI are the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
Penalties and Liability Caps
Roleplays may remove inappropriate content without prior notice. Fines and penalties shall not exceed the value of the plan contracted in the last 12 months.
Default in payment may result in:
- Registration with credit bureaus (SERASA, SPC, Boa Vista) after a 20-day notice
- Written notification within 5 business days
- Unilateral termination without prior notice
- Judicial or extrajudicial collection measures
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation may be carried out within 7 days without penalty, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. The refund will be processed within up to 45 calendar days. The availability of the credit depends on the financial institution and may take up to 60 days.
Failure to achieve goals or non-use of features does not justify a refund. The service is an obligation of means, not of result.
Recurring Payments
Billing is periodic and fixed on the credit card. Roleplays may offer differentiated prices for this modality at its sole discretion.
Secrecy and Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality over the information exchanged. Exceptions include:
- Information in the public domain
- Information obtained from independent sources
- Information received from third parties without a confidentiality obligation
- Disclosure required by law or court order, limited to what is strictly necessary
The confidentiality obligation shall persist for 2 years after termination. Breaches shall give rise to penalties equivalent to the damages caused.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform is protected by copyright. The use of trademarks, logos, and patents without prior approval is prohibited. No license transfers Roleplays' intellectual property rights.
Simulation content remains the property of the CUSTOMER, but Roleplays may use anonymized and aggregated data for the continuous improvement of the platform.
Brazilian Data Protection Law
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out solely for the provision of services. Roleplays adopts technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).
The disclosure of data may occur for:
- Legal, judicial, or administrative compliance
- Legitimate interest
The CUSTOMER authorizes consultation with credit bureaus. The data collected includes: Name, CPF/CNPJ, Email, Telephone, and Job Title. Payment processing is performed by authorized processors.

Post-termination retention: 30 days for reactivation, with permanent deletion after this period.
Anti-Corruption and Compliance
The parties undertake to comply with the Administrative Improbity Law (8.429/1992) and the Clean Company Act (12.846/2013).
- Offering gifts or amounts to public agents is prohibited
- Anti-corruption monitoring practices must be adopted
- Violation results in immediate termination without indemnification
Non-Solicitation
Recruiting employees or contractors of Roleplays is prohibited during the contract and for 1 year after its termination. This includes direct or indirect employment, as well as inducement to modify relationships with other customers.
Penalty: 12 months of compensation per solicited employee, without excluding additional damages.
General Provisions
Roleplays may unilaterally change payment methods, values, and prices. Modifications will be communicated with 15 days' prior notice via email or platform. Continued use after the communication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The signatories bind their organizations. Roleplays is not responsible for unofficial websites or unauthorized intermediaries.

Specific SaaS Terms
14.1 Plans and Limits
The plans define the number of users, monthly AI credits (non-cumulative), available features, storage limits, and support levels.
14.2 Availability and Support
The platform is available 24/7, with no guarantee of uninterruptibility. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with prior notice. Support is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Brasília time.
14.3 Data and Backup
Data is retained for 30 days after termination to enable reactivation, with permanent deletion after this period. It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to request the export of data before the end of this period.
14.4 Registration and Account
The administrator controls user registration. Credentials must be kept confidential. The information provided must be true and up to date. Unauthorized access must be notified immediately.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Roleplays platform uses third-party AI models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. The CUSTOMER acknowledges that:
- Results are suggestive support, not a definitive professional opinion
- Quality varies according to configuration
- Roleplays does not guarantee absolute accuracy
- The consumption of credits is irreversible
- Availability depends on third parties
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The jurisdiction of Barueri/SP is hereby elected to settle any controversies.
