The Adaptive Track only works because the evaluation is anchored in your competency framework. Otherwise, it's just "another AI guessing".

Criteria locked when the session starts

When a trainee is enrolled in the course, the evaluation criteria are locked to that framework version. Even if you edit the framework later, their evaluation stays on the original criteria. No noise, no rubric drift mid-flight.

Mandatory manager validation

AI never publishes a roleplay on its own. The generated template lands in the manager's queue, who reviews persona, scenarios and criteria, editing anything they want. It only ships if the manager approves. Compliance sleeps easy.

Manual or automatic, per course

Configure per course: in manual mode, the platform shows the suggestion and the manager decides case by case. In automatic mode, the platform generates and publishes after review. You pick how much automation to delegate.

Auditable end to end

The generation logs: which questions were wrong, which competencies were mapped, which instructions the AI used and which framework version. For regulatory audit, the entire cause-and-effect chain is on record.
