Each company has its own catalogue: you rename "Veteran" to "Senior", switch the "Legend" threshold from 35k to 50k XP, hide the "Speed" category if it doesn't fit your team, and create your own badges aligned to your culture.

  • Rename levels and badges, "Apprentice" can be "Trainee Q1", "Master" can be "Quarterly MVP"
  • Adjust XP thresholds, your company decides whether levelling up takes 500 or 5,000 XP
  • Create your own badges, "First Banking Client", "Q4 Record Holder", "Discovery Black Belt"
  • Disable what doesn't fit, entire categories can be hidden if they don't match
